Extended warranty protects goods you've purchased with an automatic extension of the manufacturer's or retailer's warranty for up to 24 months from when you bought the item. The warranty is available on a range of goods including household electrical appliances.

Purchase protection and extended warranty are valuable benefits. Below, you'll find several details that are important to bear in mind.
For purchase protection, items are protected up to the values shown in the terms and conditions. The loss or damage must occur within 60 days of the date of purchase and no registration of the purchase is necessary. Protection is subject to an excess of USD 100 (or the equivalent in local currency) for each item and occurrence. It's also subject to other applicable policies or indemnities you may have.
If other guarantees are in place, protection is limited only to the amounts not protected and up to the original purchase price. In no event will this guarantee apply as contributing protection. This protection is in excess of all other valid and collectable clauses found in other guarantee or indemnity language.
If an item covered by extended warranty (whether it's your own property or has been given as a gift) is stolen or damaged, benefits will be paid subject to the terms and conditions.
